Gateway Storage is located at 125 Lombard Rd, American Canyon, CA 94503. Our facility is easy to access and conveniently situated near major local roads, making it simple for you to stop by whether you're coming from American Canyon or surrounding areas.
DO YOU HAVE AN ON-SITE MANAGER?
Yes, we do! Our resident manager is on-site to oversee the facility, assist with customer inquiries, and ensure the property remains secure and well-maintained.
WILL THERE BE A SECURITY DEPOSIT, AND CAN YOU WAIVE IT?
Yes, a $100 security deposit is required for new accounts. However, the security deposit will be waived if you enroll in automatic payment. If you prefer not to set up Auto Pay, the security deposit is still required but will be fully refundable upon move-out, provided there are no outstanding balances or damages.
DO YOU OFFER ANY PROMOTIONS OR SPECIALS?
