Really impressed with Karen, the property manager, who routinely handles anything that comes up. One of the only places where you can go in person and talk to someone super friendly. I have storage in other cities and they don't even come close to the customer service here. More businesses need someone like Karen and she's the reason I have multiple units here.

Karen, the on-site manager, has amazing customer service and one of most personable people I have met and this is why we chose this storage unit in the end. She answered all of our questioned and worked with us to get our units set up. It was a smooth process and we feel safe having our items stored at this location. We are grateful.
